The book brings to the attention of the reader, selected jurisprudence of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda and the Special Court for Sierra Leone. It explains the context in which the jurisprudence was developed to facilitate a comprehensive application of the jurisprudence in other cases.

We just had a hilarous time at a book signing on sunday the 13th of January. It was my distinguished honour, to have introduced the author of the book. A man who has mentored so many lawyers- Chief Barrister Charles Taku. The ceremony was very succesful with many legal minds from Cameroon and United States.
